Federica – Team Leader Operations
Federica is a welcome addition to the team responsible for welcome additions! An experienced EU program- and operations professional with a history of working with European institutions, NGO’s and civil society. Experience in grant management, governance-and-strategic partnerships with a strong focus on compliance, transparency and impact driven delivery makes her a great fit for the role. With a structured, yet human-centered approach and analytical lense with a strong sense for responsibility and talent.
